How hard is it to sign up?

Not hard at all. In fact, once you’ve completed the online registration, you will instantly be given your new user name and password and then be directed to your new office portal: http://office.boxitweb.com. Here you can log on and begin to use the system immediately.

How hard is it to configure your service for my PC?

Although this is hard to say exactly, we do try to make this is as painless as possible for you.

boxIT Mail: there is only one item you will need to get, which takes approximately a minute, from our downloads page. Once you have that and you’ve launched the program, Outlook will be configured in just under three minutes.

boxIT File: There are a few ways to access this service once you’ve signed up. (1) through a Web browser; (2) through a "mapped" network drive and VPN; (3) through a FTP client. Most people will use a combination of the three.

boxIT Web Hosting: There are a few more steps involved here, but it is still something we consider to be quite easy; if you are interested in learning more, please e-mail us.

How do I add or delete user accounts?

This function is performed in your Domain Manger tab located in your new portal. Simply sign in at http://office.boxitweb.com and click on the Domain Manger tab–there you will find the administrative functions of adding and deleting users.

How many users can I put on your system?

How do you compare with Microsoft Exchange service providers?
